  • Do you smell gas or are facing gas system troubleshooting?
    • Close the main valve
    • Open the window
    • Contact our call Center number U.A.E 600565657 or Oman 99200577

  • Starting your gas branch after registration
    • Ensure that all Cooker Knobs are closed.
    • Turn the Main Value from horizontal to vertical position (1/4 turn).
    • Put the Gas Switch on ‘ON' position.
    • If gas is not reaching your cooker then please call U.A.E. 600 565657or Oman 99 200 577.

SERGAS | Manage My Gas Account

  • Registering for online payment
    • Visit the Register page on the website.
    • Fill in the required details like Contract no. (this is mentioned on your invoice and starts with a ‘G’), Registered Mobile Number and Email Address, Building Number and Apartment Number. Your registered mobile number and email address should be the same as provided to us in the Gas Supply Contract.

  • Requesting for gas connection online
    • This service is still under construction and will be available shortly.

  • Changing your email address?
    • Kindly send us an email to contracts@sergas.com mentioning your new email address, contract no. and apartment number. We will send you a confirmation email once we have updated your email.

  • I am already registered but unable to login?
    • Please make sure that you are entering the correct information such as ‘Region’, ‘Contract No’ & ‘Password’ If you are still unable to login, kindly call our customer service 600 565657.

  • How can I set my password?
    • Once you register you will receive an email on the registered email account, click on the confirmation link and set your own password.

  • How to reset my password/forgot password?
    • Click on Forgot Password on the login screen and we will send you the temporary password on your registered email account.

  • How can I change my registered mobile no.?
    • Kindly send us an email to contracts@sergas.com mentioning your new mobile no., contract no. and apartment number. We will send you a confirmation email once we have updated your number.

  • Shifting flats within the same building?
    • You have to register again as a new user with your new contract no. and apartment no.

  • My gas has been disconnected and I want to pay my dues, is it possible to use the online payment service?
    • Yes, you still can use the online service for the bill payments even after your gas has been disconnected.

  • My gas has been disconnected and I want to register for online payments?
    • Sorry after disconnection you cannot register for online payments.

  • Moving homes?
    • Call our Customer Service, 24 hours in advance, to send our Technician for meter reading and gas disconnection.
    • Visit our Customer Service Desk to close your account, collect your deposit and receive your Clearance Certificate.
    • At the same time, kindly make a request for your new gas connection

  • Find My Building Number
    • Please contact our offices to help you find your Building Number.

SERGAS | Gas Bills and Payments

  • Gas bill invoicing
    • You will receive four bills per year in your post box or your email – one bill for each period of 3 months. You will also receive an SMS on your mobile stating the amount of your gas bill.

  • Paying your gas bill
    We have many options available for gas bill payment:
    • Online through our website : (applicable in the U.A.E. only)
    • By Bank Transfer
    • Through our Customer Service Desks
    • Through Collector on Special Request

  • Regular charges appearing on your bill
    • The gas charge may vary as per the market price.

  • The outstanding balance on online portal is showing a different figure than the invoice?
    • Please contact our customer service for further clarifications.

SERGAS | Gas connection/disconnection

  • How to get registered with our company?
    • Registration and gas supply contract to be signed at our offices or online through our website www.sergas.com (U.A.E. and Oman).
    • Required documents:
      • Copy of your ID or Passport
      • Copy of your Tenancy Contract / Letter from Company/Owner Certificate
    • Contractual charges (as stated in the contract) covers:
      • Registration fees
      • Refundable deposit refundable when you vacate your residence
    • The gas connection will be done within 24 hours from the day of registration and payment.
    • Please be available at the time of gas connection to receive the safety induction and demonstration of proper usage of the gas by our Representative.

  • How to get your gas branch disconnected?
    • Call our Customer Service, 24 hours in advance, to send our Technician for meter reading and gas disconnection.
    • Visit our Customer Service Desk to close your account, collect your deposit and receive your Clearance Certificate.
